Dalil Information Technology (“Dalil”) aims to ensure that all users receive high-quality services and transparent refund processes. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds may be issued.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Incorrect charges
  • Service not delivered due to technical error
  • Valid cancellation within permitted time (depending on service type)

Requests will be reviewed individually to ensure compliance with UAE Consumer Protection Regulations.

2. Refund Method

All approved refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment used during the transaction.

This includes:

  • Credit card
  • Debit card
  • Online payment gateways
  • Bank transfers

Refunds cannot be issued through any alternative method unless legally required.

3. Processing Time

Depending on the payment provider:

  • Credit/debit card refunds may take 7–14 business days
  • Bank transfers may require 5–10 business days
  • Internal processing may take up to 48 hours

Delays outside of Dalil’s control (e.g., banking delays) are not the responsibility of the company.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds may not be issued for:

  • Services fully delivered
  • Custom solutions or bespoke development
  • Consulting hours already used
  • Licenses already activated
  • Any third-party services purchased on your behalf

5. Policy Updates

Dalil reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time, without prior notice.
