Advance passenger Information Systems
Our Immigration (and Emigration) Risk Analysis System is an advanced software solution designed to enhance border security and streamline the process of screening passengers entering or leaving a country.

By analyzing a wide range of data, including flight details and global security watchlists, the system identifies potential risks posed by passengers. Using cutting-edge technology, it provides real-time risk assessments to immigration and emigration authorities, helping them make informed decisions and prevent illegal activities.
This ensures safer borders, faster processing times for low-risk passengers, and overall improved national security.
Key Features

Data Collection
- Passenger Name Record (PNR): Includes itinerary, booking details, travel history
- Advanced Passenger Information (API): contains passport, visa, and flight infos
- Blacklist checks: Interpol, Europol, national security.

Pre- Arrival Processing
- Before the flight lands, the system analyzes PNR, API and blacklist data to flag potential risks.

Passenger Risk Scoring
Machine learning based risk engine assigns a score based on multiple factors:
- Unusual travel pattern or frequent visits to high-risk countries
- Results from blacklist checks
- others

Real-time Alerts
Based on the risk score, passengers are categorized as:
- Low risk: cleared without further screening
- Medium risk: requires addition checks
- High risk: immediate attention required

Decision-making
- Results of the risk analysis are shared with appropriate authorities
- Immigration officers receive real-time alerts and detailed risk reports through an intuitive dashboard.

Flight Tracker
- Live tracking of flights.
- Interactive map visualization for situational awareness.
- Filter options allow users to: View flights by direction: Inbound or Outbound, Categorize flights based on risk status: Low, Medium, or High and View flights by carrier
Benefits
Airline Data Ingestion Processing – The System
- Ingests data from commercial air transport carriers, general aviation, and other transport operators in batch Advanced Passenger Information (API) and batch Passenger Name Processing (PNR).
- Processes batch or real-time API-PNR data by correlating it with other current and historical data and preparing it for risk assessment.

Data Fields
- Our solution can accept and process all twenty-six (26) API and forty-three (43) PNR IATA / ICAO/ WCO approved data fields. API data fields provide Passenger, Crew, and Flight information. PNR Data fields provide Passenger and Flight itinerary information. The data exchange process uses the message format in accordance with the ICAO Annex 9.

Data Quality & Aggregation
- Batched Traveler messages from the air carriers are analyzed by the system for data quality and consistency.
- The system identifies the type and frequency of data errors per transport carrier and when a carrier is not meeting the Message Transmission Intervals set by the Government.
- The system will send alerts when an airline has not sent API, or PNR data.
- The Government will have the capability to generate data compliance reports as required.

Identity Resolution & Aggregation
- The system performs identity resolution across multiple transmissions of API-PNR and Traveler data for each flight, and across historical API, PNR and traveler data.
- This ensures that all API, PNR or Traveler data for a single person is consistently and reliably identified across all current and historical data.
- The system can supplement the API and PNR data with additional datasets, (biographic data from various Government and international databases) for which identity resolution is required to properly correlate data across all sources.

Risk Cases Search
- The Risk Cases Search feature allows users (e.g., border agents or analysts) to quickly retrieve and review passengers or flights that have been previously flagged for further inspection or secondary screening. These referrals are typically generated by the risk engine based on predefined rules, watchlists, or risk indicators found in API/PNR data.
- This feature ensures continuity and accountability in risk management workflows by allowing users to track and revisit flagged cases.

Interactive API (iAPI)
- The iAPI system facilitates real-time interaction between aircraft operators and border control authorities before a traveler boards. This capability enables authorities to send OK to Board or Do Not Board responses to aircraft operators, allowing them to address immigration issues and prevent individuals from traveling to, entering, or, when applicable, leaving their territory.
- The system can process Interactive API requests and responses in real-time, adhering to industry-standard SLAs. It supports real-time data exchange for Interactive API through IBM MQ (or similar technology).
